Executive Chef

Executive Chef Diego Ramirez will lead Ebbitt House’s food program. He comes to Ebbitt House from Clyde’s Georgetown where he managed all culinary operations. He spent two years prior to that at Clyde’s of Reston at the former Reston Town Center location. He was Chef de Cuisine of the acclaimed Baltimore Gunther and Company. Ramirez holds an Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institute of Washington.
